Great welcome. Helpful. Room was basic, but reasonably clean. No coffee or tea.

The hotel was adequate as a base for seeing Louisburg. There were no restaurants nearby. We had to drive over 5 kilometers to get to Walmart and several fast food restaurants.

The motel needs some renovations but rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I would have liked if the window worked for some fresh air

Ok for the price. If you put coffee makers in the room even better. Keep renovating and it will be a good motel in the future. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location was good for getting towards Chabot Trail.

The room was fairly clean. Needed new sheets. Clean but stains on sheets and comforter. Staff gave us new ones without hesitation fresh out of the dryer. It was air conditioned. Air conditioner was new. Alot of upgrades were being done. New lighting in bathroom and faucets. Had a fridge and microwave. Not terrible to stay at. Lots of parking. I'd give it a 3.

Room was clean but needs a new bed and a fresh look. Property could be better maintained. Parking should be designated as cars parked anywhere.

Look this isn’t the Holidayinn it is just a good place to rest your weary bones. The food was good Nova Scotia fare or you could have spaghetti bolognese. Beds were fine. It was nice and cool. We drove to other look outs and attractions in area.watched the sunset from Cabot trail

Terrible shape

The room was okay but the bed was terrible, its bed frame was broken. Not maintained well

Beds are too hard for me. It was quiet though which was great. Close to NFLD ferry which was the reason we chose this motel.

Air conditioned. Clean, quiet. Good parking. Close to downtown. Friendly staff.

The beds were comfortable. The staff available, friendly, eager to help. Air conditioner did not work well. The stay was great except for the poor a/c

Excellent place to stay. Close to all food and shopping.

Room was clean, nice updated bathroom, bed was comfortable...just needs some updates in the rooms...lamps, desk and dressers and some new paint on the walls but it was fine for me.

The bed was only a double, not a queen size as advertised.

Nice spot, friendly staff, room was clean and was close enough to downtown for convenience. Parking is a little tight but not terrible, would definitely stay again if needed.

Not a great place….. for the price…… drop the price and it becomes an ok place
