Bare bones and exactly what it’s supposed to be. Super nice staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good A/C.

Nice facility with a pool and right across from the late. Rooms are a bit tight, but the location is great. The parking lot is also tight.

Was here this year just for 2 days feel sorry I didnt stay longer. Beach just across the street, kids loved it. Nice and clean room. Ac was good. Will be back same time next year but will stay much longer for sure. Happy customer.

The property was close to everything We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit The lake was right across the street We will definitely go back again. It’s our third year, and we will continue to spend our time there

Great place to stay. Spacious suites, clean pool and helpful staff

I liked that we were able to rent a small suite so that my son had his own bedroom and bathroom. And we enjoyed using the swimming pool which seemed well maintained. There were plumbing issues with our room the bath tub did not drain when my son had a shower and the toilet was not working properly. His little bunk bed was comfortable and he slept well there however the main double bed where I slept was not very comfortable. For the price and having a kitchen, access to the pool and bbq with my family I like this hotel. The beds and towels were all very clean, but some parts of the room were not as thoroughly clean as I would have it. Some room for improvement but we enjoyed our stay and the family oriented feel of this place.

AC mostly kept the living room very cool and the bedroom was warm. Behind the bedroom door was disguising. They gave us towels and cleaner to clean it our selves. We would have had to wait till the next day for them to clean. The pullout bed liner was stained and not worth sleeping on. Daughter slept on an air mattress instead. The location was good though.

This is a typical Penticton motel. Shows its age but great location to the beach and has a pool

Dirty place, feet and socks turned black first day we checked in. Manager blamed the sandy beach but we hadn't even gone to the beach yet. Upon check in we were told we could request cleaning service as we needed it but we never received the service once despite requesting it 3 days in a row. Every day we went back to reception to inquire about cleaning, but only heard from management that we couldn’t expect cleaning every day, and that housekeeping kept forgetting. The open kitchen garbage can was also never emptied so the place began to smell with the heat. Toilet was broken and not fixed properly so the tank kept running and would not flush. We will not be retuning. I would strongly recommend Kettle Valley Beach Resort over this place!

The hotel was great! Went swimming in the pool several times as well as across the street in Okanagan Lake. So nice to have a full kitchen and also was close to a number of restaurants. We loved it!

Old building in desperate need of reno, but its a super location across the road from the beach

Expedia charged me for a 1 bedroom 1 bunk bed superior room then gave me a single bedroom. I’m very upset.

The room was good. It had everything we needed. The right amount of beds, fully functional kitchen and a good working air conditioner. The only thing was that the floor was dirty. I did not take my sandals off. The very good thing was that my car wouldn’t start and the front desk staff called maintenance to assist me. Paul was the first to arrive and then called Dave. He gave me a boost and we were on our way. Kudos to the staff for their collective effort! I would book again because of where the resort is situated (right across from the beach) and the helpful staff.

We’ve stayed at the shoreline many times. We love how close it is to the restaurants and the beach.

Staff were very friendly. The property is very dated and worn motel style, and needs an update. Being right across the street from the beach was great, and able to walk along beach to restaurant and lovely gardens. Would otherwise not have stayed here.
