I did not stay in this place, as I tried to contact them so many times but wasn't able to reach them. Not until on the morning I arrived Mississauga and they told me that my reservation didn't go through. This apartment is very very poor in communication. Will never stay in this place.

You don't get what is shown in the pictures. Poor furniture, poor service They get the money first because they know you wouldn't stay after you see the apartment

The instructions indicated there will be an envelope left for me with my name on it upon arrival I found an envelope but no name on it no instructions as to where to go or where to park my car at since it was pouring with rain I put the key in the envelope and put it back in the mailbox found some other place to stay phone numbers they gave me both of them did not work not happy at all

Completely disappointed with my stay. Unit was dirty , lots of damage, parking fob not working. I have reported this to Expedia right after check in, but there was no response. Hopefully someone will get back to me this time. Still waiting for security deposit refund that was charged with unit . Thomas

From start to finish the worst stay I have ever experienced ! your staff sent me to the wrong condominium did not repair the TV set did not return my calls for service and sent me to the wrong suite to drop the keys ..All in all very frustrating and disappointing experience ,also construction was going on inside and outside of the building and many common amenities in the building did not work !

cons: location, close to square one, highways, and good parking. pros: forget the pictures, it is completely different, curtins are broken and bed room ( no problem if can sleep in light), mattress awful, one feel all the springs, it is the cheapest ever seen. Pillows stinks, smelly and very old and thin. In short sleep is painfull mission. They do not put enough soap or toiletry, but they leave toothpaste and brush. In short what you see in the add is not what you will get, it is completely different unite prepare yourself to that. Also, the person in the site to check in is mostly inpatient and no curtesy or some communication skills.to come again; well it depends on your budget, if you are welling to spend a little more do not go there.

The property did not look like it did in the advertising pictures, it did not come equipped with enough towels, we said we had 6 people staying in the unit and they gave us 4 bath towels, no hand or face towels. No dish towels. there was not even enough toilet paper. The contact phone number was a United States number, so it was very hard to get in touch with anyone

The apartment is beat up, none of the interior doors close, including a bathroom door that wasn’t even attached to the door frame. The unit had a bad smell, the fridge was even worse. The description says cable tv included but no the tv has a roku box without subscriptions. The WiFi does work. The staff tried to help as much as they could, so credit goes to the staff.

I would never ever book it from them. So much trouble to get the keys. No service no contact person for the towels etc etc. Horrible Horrible choice I made. Air Bnb much better choice. Waste of my money.

did not advertise as rental property. Apartment dirty and not well maintained. Very confusing instructions on where to pick up keys, where to park, and how to find apartment in 46 story building. 2 televisions did not work. Refrigerator freezer caked with ice and very difficult to open door.

I felt scammed throughout my entire experience. The listing for this place looks like it is a hotel or complex. It's not. This is just a company that manages rental properties, and they do it poorly. Weeks after booking, they randomly charged me $250. When I called, I was told it was a security deposit and would be returned to me. There was absolutely no mention of a security deposit on the site and it still has not been refunded back to me. The apartment was not in good condition nor was it cleaned very well. furniture was falling apart, walls and counters had holes and dings everywhere, one sink didn't work, and the balcony had holes and cracks, was in terrible shape and didn't seem safe. It was nearly impossible to find the designated parking spot and the apartment itself, and no one was on site to help. I have stayed in plenty of rental properties before, but I will absolutely never book through PelicanStay again. I'm thankful this was a short trip and we were not in the apartment for long.

I had to call at least 3 times to ask questions. I should have been told at 3pm Only was checking to talk with someone live. There were no face clothes dish towels or tissues offered. And with only 1 key it was difficult to go to the pool.

The property itself was very nice, however the suite i was in had alot of damage to the walls and the doors were TERRIBLE to open and close. When I arrived the were only 2 towels and the suite was listed to sleep 6. I called 5x and 7 hours later they brought us ONLY large towels so we had NO face towels or hand towels, AT ALL! Everytime I called(about ANYTHING) I was told that the onsite supervisor would look into and get to me right away... which NEVER happened. The second day we were there, the key fob that gives you access to the building itself STOPPED WORKING so we got LOCKED OUT COMPLETELY! Again, I was told the onsite supervisor would take care if it right away, which they did not! It took me waiting 40 minutes for another car to enter the garage. Once they did, we had to hit the emergency call buttons to get assistance from the onsite security, JUST TO GET IN which i thank God for bc if it wouldn't have been for them, my ENTIRE STAY WOULD HAVE BEEN UNSPEAKABLY HORRIBLE!

Area was good but stay was horrible. Lots of things were broken including main door. it wasn't closing properly. Wasn't told about parking fees $10 per night per car. also there were two bathroom but one didn't have curtains so one bathroom was useless. I had called Pelican to come fix the main door and no one showed up to fix it or even came to look. Wooden floor was completely damaged and unsafe to walk on. Very Horrible place. I was told room will be ready by 3PM, I didn't get the room key until 6:30. WIFI Wasn't working.
