Very clean room. Bed is comfortable. Traffic noise along main road thru the night. Recommend an ear plug for light sleepers. Need to run the hot water tap to get the right warm temperature. A good stay overall.

I brought a bag full of food and placed in the fridge. Took the food out in the morning and it was all spoiled. Went to speak with desk clerk and I was told it was my responsibility to make sure the fridge was working and they would not reimburse for any money lost. She was very rude and I will never give my money to those greedy people again. There were small flies through the whole room through my stay also. Not impressed.

Your on a corner of a very busy street for constant traffic noise. Trucks, motorcycles, loud muffler cars, Sleeping is not quiet because of this. You have to use the air conditioner on high to block out the street noise. Otherwise, room is updated and clean, beds are good and check in/ out was pleasant and easy, staff is friendly.

That little motel is excellent. Very clean very friendly staff all the amenities I need. What I like best is the fridge is large. And the bed is extremely comfortable.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. There's a lot of noise from intersection and metal stairs. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchenette wares were of very low quality.

I may be cheaper than most Sudbury hotels but its clean and well kept.We stayed in a few local hotels in the last month that were not very good.

I loved it the place.

Easy access from the main street. Very friendly personel. The room was exceptionally clean. Loved that the bath tub/toilet was separate from the vanity. Allowing one person to brush teeth blowdry hair from the other person getting washed. The beds were comfortable. I do have to say the television was small. Noisy from traffic. I would definitely book again.

Great stay … would have been 5 star all the way but they wouldn’t give me another comforter for my son… they gave us a small blanket that barely fit my 14 year old… other then that it was a great place to stay

The hotel is dated, but my room had new carpet and a comfortable bed, and was clean. The bed had a bedspread that I found too heavy to use, but the only other thing on the bed was the sheets. The staff was very pleasant and provided daily housekeeping. There was a considerable amount of road noise, but I used the a/c which drowned out most of it. Overall, not a bad experience, but if you're looking for something other than the basics, look elsewhere.

Friendly and polite staff and a clean, safe place to spend a night. Great water pressure in the shower, which felt extra great after a week of camping in the woods. The vents on the air conditioner needed cleaning, I did notice mold on the inside but otherwise the room was clean.
