L'hotel est bien situé, proche des restaurants et du centre de ski. Commence a montrer des signe de vieillesse. Besoin d'un peu d'amour.

Staff are friendly and location is so close to shopping, restaurants and the ski hill.

This is our favourite hotel when we go skiing. Easy check in and parking. Outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing. Open all year. I would recommend this hotel . Close to everything

Clean room and quiet

Always a good time when we stay here when visiting Saint Sauveur.

When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room. I figured the towels would be brought while we were swimming so we could shower after but they weren’t. We left for supper, came back - still no towels. Went back down to the front desk where the young lady then handed me towels unfolded from a bin. I asked if we could also get a facecloths and was met with some attitude. Our bathroom ceiling lights were burnt out but the mirror light did work. The hottub was a shade of green and very dirty but the pool was clean. My kids had fun swimming

Parking is always a bit difficult esp when there's a lot of snow and lots of people staying there at the samw time. But the rest is perfect. Love the fact that they upgraded their room. It was time.

We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel has great potential. Great location and price. However, the beds are super hard, the tub wouldn’t hold the water and the faucet leaked all over the floor. We told the cleaning lady and nothing was done about it. They only put a towel around the faucet. Didn’t offer us another room, discount nothing.

Nice sauna and pool but could be cleaner

Relais St Denis offers so much more than first appearance. Large rooms, big tub, fireplace, outdoor sauna and hot tub. It’s a short walk to the village, boulangeries, bars, outlets, and skiing.

Foyer dans la chambre, piscine extérieure chauffée l'hiver, spa, sauna, kitchenette+ Provigo à pied avec sélection de plats préparés : nous y retournerons sûrement!

Great jacuzzi

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was pretty quiet and calm evethoigh our room was very close to main hall. The staff were super friendly. Really enjoyed the stay!

The room was clean and spacious; however, it felt a bit empty as there were no pictures or mirrors on the walls. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The location is excellent and right in the middle of everything.
