Should update the bathroom

Bad customer service

Was a wonderful stay clean and safe area. I enjoyed myself of the staff was very helpful.

I did not like that they did not honour our reservation and instead sent a message an hour after we were to check in to say they booked all the pet friendly rooms in their motel but we could stay at another one they owned which was not anything like what we had booked

This motel is extremely outdated and was not very clean

Just at the entrance of thunder bay if coming from east. Value for money. Although my washroom door was not working. Worked for me I was solo travelling.

Your very average stop-over motel. You get what you pay for, just needs some TLC in updates. No creepy crawlies though or rodents so that’s 👍

Property owner was nice and helpful. Very hasslefree. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. It’s definitely not the Ritz Royalton or something, but the price reflects that. I would stay here again.
