The hotel could have been cleaner and the toilet needed to get fixed. When we asked for this to be fixed, it was fixed quickly. If the room had been checked prior to anyone staying in it, some of these things could have been avoided. They were very good anytime we needed any help with trying to get the T.V. to work. Very friendly staff and a nice quiet stay. Also close to restaurants

This hotel was clean and the service was friendly. Location was good. It's nothing fancy, but the price was right and it was everything we needed.

Barely provide towels. Toilet clogged, gave towels to deal with it, no plunger, no help.

Overall experience was good but the carpet in the room needs replacing or shampooing.

A great value and close to all restaurants in downtown

Clean room with comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Only refreshment provided was morning tea and coffee (7-10am) in the lobby, but plenty of options for breakfast etc. within a couple of minutes walk.

I had a weekend stay… it was awesome for my needs. Coffee and tea in the morning as you are Rollin out. Microwave and fridge in the room was great as I was in town for a course and needed some extra food stuff with me. All in all great little spot and worth the rates!

I spent 360 for a night for a king size bed. It’s not worth the price. It’s worse than $160 one I had. Everything is so shabby, the room not clean, only the price is luxury

No water bottle, no coffee or tea in the room. Not enough towels for the guests. Other than that all are good.
