Only negative was that the air conditioning was a bit loud and didn’t seem to work as well as I would want. Block 300 of rooms

Exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds, quiet and with great staff.

We always stay at the Stonecroft when in Windsor for a concert or show at Caesar's. The hotel is always clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay at a good price.

Great hotel. Includes free parking and breakfast in a centrally located place. Close to some walkable amenities and the downtown. Easy to get to. Highly recommend

The air conditioner was noisy wall unit

Pillows are too big, all the same size. Breakfast is bagels or toast no eggs or bacon. Good is it’s clean remodelled. Air conditioner is the same as most noises. Bathroom was nice! Bed was very good a little high off the ground to comfortably get in.

Great shower and comfy bed, nice basic breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, I never stay anywhere else when I am in Windsor.

The staff here are accommodating and welcoming. They assisted us by loaning us a playpen for our baby to sleep in. Microwave was available 24 hours to warm up formula. Walmart is walking distance for buying forgotten items. If I ever find myself in Windsor again, I would definitely stay here.

Front desk staff were exceptional - friendly and faculous service whenevr I needed anything.
