Exceptional stay. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Not sure about the breakfast as it wasn’t open which was disappointing that we didn’t find out until later on. But the pool was extremely warm, and quiet in the pool area. I’m definitely coming back, and look forward to trying the breakfast.

Hôtel is located in an ideal location to walk to the many places that are in town. Nice view of the water from our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was easy and upon entering the hotel it was very neat and tidy and felt very welcoming. the hotels restaurant was closed for renovations and the staff were very professional and informative.

The room was clean and very spacious. Staff were helpful. Highly recommend this place😊

The tile floor in our room needed to be washed. The next morning we were awakened by staff screaming at each other in the room across the hall. The Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel was not open and neither was the restaurant open for dinner. Not exactly a 4 star experience

The hotel is on a great location. The restaurant on the second floor is great. The room with the balcony on the 5 floor make me feel like I was almost at home.

Bedding was dirty, Pool and Hot Tub haven't been cleaned in far too long. Would not recommend

There was no Starbucks open on Saturday or any breakfast service of any kind available Also no bottled water in the room The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant on Friday night offered live music and the food was very good but the servers were inexperienced and did not have an adequate command of the English language I asked for the chocolate cake to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce to go , but later in the evening when I went to eat it the container only had whipped cream and chocolate sauce no cake :( Also strange on the bathroom wall had a list of towels in the room and shampoos and body washes and prices for any that go missing would be charged as well as any that were stained would also be charged to your bill Wearing makeup and not being provided with a black facecloth I was concerned about being billed for that But good access and plenty of free parking and beautiful decor and a comfortable bed for 600 for 2 nights is reasonable but they need to be more accommodating for breakfast Even lobby coffee was only served black no sugar or cream Same with in room coffee only coffee no cream or sugar

Great clean room, staff was helpful and friendly. Only downside was no breakfast in the hotel. Restaurant is closed for renovations.

Very clean, nice pool and hot tub( although it could be a bit hotter)

Hot tub is literally a bathtub with a couple lights in it no jets not big enough for 2 people

The heater was very loud all night and restaurant was closed. No breakfast either but great location

Kids hockey tournament which I understand is out of the hotels control, but we were woken up to kids pounding on the door and screaming in the hallway. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof and that’s not the case at all. “Free breakfast” but never specified the fact it’s just muffins, cereal and toast. Was pretty disappointed to wake up and not be able to eat a balanced breakfast after the cost I paid. Wouldn’t book again unless there was a promotional deal. Not worth the money.
