Great place. My only complaint was that the smoking area was right below our room and we were not able to open the windows for some fresh air

This property has been there for a while. Needs an overhaul. But rooms were clean and staff were great.

Hotel is dated, restaurant was good with decent food. Rooms were not stocked with towels there was only two towels for two double beds. However the staff were friendly and amazing and did bring us up towels right away. The hallways were dirty, carpets were just gross, there was plantar outside the entry door everyone had to pass full of cigarette butts. Overall it was a 3, beds were comfortable and staff made up for the hotels shortcomings.

Because I booked with Expedia, breakfast was not included.

Breakfast was not good

It was a hot day, very very poor air conditioning. So hot in the room, it was sickening. I thought breakfast was included with the room, but it wasn't. Limited parking on that particular night. When checking out there was very little communication, no such thing has "how to as your stay? Will not book there again.

Was a great place to stay. It was in a great place in gander with alot of amenities around you. Needs to hv a bit more cleaning in the rooms. But overall we felt comfortable there

I stayed 2 nights and after returning on the 2nd day to a still uncleared room I was told the rooms are not cleaned if you are staying 2 nights. I had to ask for clean towels, more coffee and the garbage was not removed. I doubt I will choose this hotel again. There was another issue I cannot post.

The breakfast was provided with assortment of cold cereals to eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, tea, juices, milk and other selections. Plenty of parking. Very convenient to be by the highway.

The room was small and the beds even smaller. Paid 250 for a terrible room .

Dated property but conveniently located on the highway. Fine for a nights stay as your travelling through Gander.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We would have loved to turn off air conditioning during the night.
