The rooms are very clean, not fancy, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The price is reasonable. The only problem this time was that the drain to the jacuzzi tub did not completely close. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is free parking and it is a beautiful town to visit. This was our second visit and we will most likely return.

Free parking included with the stay, clean rooms, staff are friendly on site. Air conditioning in rooms. I would recommend cleaning the interior of the AC as the one in our room had a bit of a smell to it. It was manageable and other than that we had no problems at all. It was easy for a one night stay and everything was tidy and clean. No issues, very affordable compared to other stays

Good location

Perfect for what we were looking for - a place to lay our heads. Nice bed and pillows, updated bathroom with a new tub surround. I would definitely stay here again if we end up in Perth. We booked 2 queen beds and got a 2 bedroom unit, with a kitchenette. There was an AC unit in each bedroom. The parking lot is very well lit and the curtains are not black out - so pack an eye mask if you need complete darkness.

I stayed a couple weeks. Staff was helpful. Had a small problem with the room which was addressed quickly. TV is above average for the area. They upgraded me to a Jacuzzi room but sadly had no one to share it with so it went unused.

Prompt check in. Room was very clean. Excellent value. Just a bit noisy due to it being on the main road.

$99 for a room with a kitchenette and air conditioning? How amazing is that? The owners are so friendly and willing to help with everything. The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were comfy and the pillows were comfy. Brand new blackout curtains in the windows and brand new comforters. We will always come back here when we go to Perth

We out the “please clean the room” sign on our door, but no one did. Not a big deal, but would have liked new towels. Also, the bathtub is slippery, could use a few no-slip stickers or such. A comfortable stay, no real complaints.
