It was a great experience

It’s a nice hotel, if your looking for something that’s budget friendly.

Great place to stay, the breakfast is great, and the staff are very friendly.

It’s a decent place to stay, there is ac and hot water, a buffet for breakfast, and everyone is very attentive and hospitable to your stay. I very much recommend this hotel! Also your in the center so any place in the city you want to go to is nearby, as opposed to staying farther from the city everything is farther like the malls and shops.

Excellent service, near to the airport, nice rooms, but not elevator!!!! We get the fourth floor with big and heavy baggages!!!

Great location close to the airport, great helpful staff, inexpensive, BUT I suppose Colombian regulations are very different as there was no window in our room and the fire detector rack was empty…so no fire detector nor a window in our bedroom….we would not stay there again nor recommend it..unfortunately

I just love the place and I think that the people that work there are very professional and ready to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from with Kevin at the reception to all the ladies at the restaurant and room service.

This was an ok hotel. I was very happy that I paid for a queen sized bedroom and instead was given a double bed room. It worked out however, because the other bed in the room was so soiled with huge yellow stains all over the bed. Absolutely disgusting and I'm not sure how the cleaning staff and management can continue to offer a bed in this condition. The were a couple of positives, the staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was ok. This could be a better hotel with some minor changes.

The room given did not match the images. It had no windows and it smelled terrible. We had to "upgrade" and pay to get a room with a window. Upon entering the new room we noticed the toilet seat cleaning seal was broken and had been used since cleaning, the toilet had some biological debris on it. The shower had NO hot water. The sink water handles were loose. The hotel was staged to look pretty but it was not up to the looks. Towels were cheap material.

Hotel does not have an elevator and very uncomfortable to go up and down especially when you have physical problems

Very good experience. I had booked the initially for 4 days but end up extending my stay for a total of 8 days. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel administrators is to remove the useless kitchenette, which doesn't work because there is no gas and replace it with a mini-fridge. We had to get a Styrofoam cooler to keep drinks cold. That would be the only thing that would stop me from booking again at the Z3 hotel.

The best was the customer service all the employees are awesome
