we were a group of 4 rooms so we do had a few unconvinced like small roaches in my room 701 room towels wasn’t change often then 2 of my friends rooms were told to check out or pay night by night just 2 nights after we checked in when we all booked 4 nights, All this happened when they deactivated the keys to all our rooms no happy at all but I wouldn't blame the front desk staff but rather management because all staff are friendly manager should sees with Orbitz first how many nights we all booked. On the other side the hotel is located in a Great location, pretty much walkable to anything you might need, restaurant, bar, mini market etc.

Great vibe in the hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Bed was hard and had a plastic cover under the sheet which was not comfortable.

I have come to Masaya pool and hang out, but for the first i had the pleasure of staying in of the room fpr 5 days. It was clean, the staff is great and willing to help. Location is great specially if you dont want the parque lleras mess. Youn can take a 10 min walk to Provenza a lot of new food and eatary places in the area open till late

Everything was amazing the food and the people in the hotel are friendly even the staff. I will go back to this hotel.

Everything about this place was awesome. I was thoroughly surprised at the quality of the rooms and this is the first time I ever stayed at a hostal. It felt just like a hip cool hotel with plenty of activities and an awesome rooftop. The staff was super nice and spoke a basic level of English to help me when my basic Spanish skills failed. Fantastic property, probably going to stay here again when I go back to Medellin.

The hotel gave me hostel vibe. I was traveling with my teen daughter and honestly didn’t feel comfortable having her there end up check out after one night and going to a different hotel. If you going to party maybe right for you but not recommend for family.

Had a great stay here! The breakfast was delicious! Accessible location to the metro which helped to get around. Common area was great and had great energy! Loved the net that you could lounge in and loved the pool!
