Cleaning was great. Good hospitality

Our stay at Zenza was great! Staff were always pleasant and full of recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and special events around the island. Only a few walkable restaurants nearby, so recommend renting a car (unless you're willing to pay for taxis everywhere). Appreciated the golf cart ride to nearby beaches, but we also walked one day and very easy to get to.

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate. Beautiful location on the canal. Yummy restaurant and bar next door also on the water. Cafe behind hotel was also delish. Hotel was very clean and all face the water with beautfiul views.

Loves the hotel and the staff. Walking distance to several restaurants and golf car ride to two wonderful beaches.

I needed early check in to confirm ability to log into meeting for work. Staff was very accommodating and provided me area to do work and 3 hour earlier check in and offered me courtesy breakfast foods and beverages.

nice access to Smith's reef, golf cart transportation available or short walk bathtub in middle of room is odd, used as drying rack limited breakfast was nice and plenty of bottled water available

Really good stay. They just need to do a better job cleaning the floors of the hotel room. Do not walk barefoot or your feet will be black

Our stay at Zenza was dreamy. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip of resorts, but it is only a short walk to a magnificent stretch of beach. Turtle Cove is a lovely little area and there are several good restaurants there, so you never have to stray from the hotel if you're fine with just soaking in the splendor of the immediate area. For a romantic getaway, it was perfect.

Excellent service, helpful staff. Great view of the marina and ocean in the distance. Very spacious clean stylish room with comfy patio. Great value. Would return to the Zenza for sure!
