Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was mediocre and front desk staff were rude. Hotel restaurant was great. Nice property.

Lovely hotel very reputable, but pricey, restaurant onsite. We opted for a small restaurant across and 1/2 block away. Short walk from the train station and a short train ride to the city.

My experience was great. Room and amenities was as pictured and as expected. I had an experience with good service. Maybe a downside if your an American used to AC is that the room did not have AC, they provided a fan. Restaurant attached was beautiful, it is a pricey top notch restaurant some come prepared to shell it out!

The Hostellerie du Grünewald is beautiful, cozy and convenient hotel. We love the ambiance and location too. The bar is amazing with excellent service. The room is super clean with everything we need. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was lovely. Nadir was delightful. Very spacious bathroom. We were very pleased with the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The room we got was a suite that was roomy and relaxing with a kitchen and small dining table. There were so many little details including a lovely view of a garden. We were pleasantly surprised after so many mediocre hotels on this trip.

All was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. They offered breakfast if I wanted, parking on the street was confirmed to be free of charge till 8am. The room was comfortable with all I needed. It was quite and I slept well.

A one night stay over on NYE the hotel was welcoming and very comfortable. The layout of my room was unusual to say the least with an open plan ensuite with no door on the toilet! As I was travelling alone it wasn't a problem but it wouldn't suit everyone The bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept on & the breakfast was very good.

nice very contemporary hotel. staff nice. shame no aircon room was lovely but really hot and the fan not enough. restaurant is also very expensive. would stay again though

our experience overall was very positive. I had booked family room and it was very spacious. Rooms are modern and plenty of amenities, although property does not have air-conditioned rooms. they do provide fans in the units, but not centralized air condition. breakfast was wonderful, although service was very slow since the employee was responsible to run breakfast service and also the front desk. also property is not exactly near city center, but there is a bus and train stop nearby and both are very convenient. Overall I do recommend this place and if we are in the area again, I will stay there.

All good value. Management needs to sort out the Eggs dilemma at breakfast. The eggs just wouldn't boil as the water was not hot enough and people would take your eggs even if the eggs were ready. Nice rooms. But the open toilet to the bed area is not for everybody.

I arrived late and the receptionist called me abd let me know they will keep the reception open until I get here. Beautiful property with charming, comfortable and clean rooms.

Very clean, convenient and cozy place. Also easy to access to city down town.
