The room was nice but we seemed to be a distraction for the staff as they tried to run the restaurant. You have to walk through part of v the dining area to get to the rooms which makes things difficult when they are full. After driving to get to the hotel, they were not willing to allow us to eat there, starting they were full, even though the dining room was empty when we checked in.

Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly. Several walkable restaurants nearby. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and provided travel adapters for free. Breakfast was a nice spread including eggs, cheese, meats and other items. Hotel was very quiet and well kept. Great base for Luzern and the area.

Hotel and room was nice and very clean. Staff were friendly and also spoke English/French. Easy to park and train station nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Close location to the Lucerne with transportation options. Big parking easy to find parking space.

Breakfast is good, train station is close to 8 minutes walk but not too many eating places near there over all is not bad

Mattresses were very poor quality: thin and lumpy. Dinner portions were tiny, and very expensive. No telephone in room to contact reception desk and no safe in room. Bed sheets were of poor quality. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. That’s all!

Absolutely fabulous, great communication and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but this is common in the region. Highly recommended

Stayed there for one week. Overall, the room was nice and clean with a hottub, which we didn't expect. The bed was comfortable but it was made by putting two separate smaller beds side by side. They moved apart when we wanted to sleep close to each other - it may or may not apply to everyone. There was no air conditioning in the room and we had to use the windows. The property did not have laundry service. Didn't see do jot disturb sign to not clean room on some days, but we may have missed it. Breakfast was very good. Staff were bery friendly, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was good too.

Average hotel, nothing spectacular. NO AC in rooms. Limited staffing within hotel. Small rooms and smaller bathrooms. Rooms are the size of cruise ships. Very small showers. Ok for a short stays.

Easy 7 mins walk from Littau station which is 1 stop from Lucern main station Front desk lady Monica very nice enough to check room and giving early check in at 12 + noon. Fairly big size room and free WIFI. No kettle, asked for 1 and was very promptly delivered. Free breakfast included Cons. Room 304 very close to busy road. Vehicles can be quite loud but if you are not bothered then ok. Shower uses shower curtains so water may spill about toilet, a bit annoying but can make do with it.

Everything was great, but the washroom is part of the bedroom. They should let people know, was fine for us, but maybe not for others!

Typical hotel by the road. Friendly staff. If you looking to only sleep the night, that is the hotel.

Hotel is located in littau, not Lucerne. But just a few minutes train which is free anyway. On the other hand you will have the chance to see and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Switzerland. Breakfast was basic but good enough, especially the coffee. Just the breads were not so fresh. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Compared to the Swiss hotels prices, it is a very good deal. I enjoyed my three-day stay very much. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and restaurant..

Hotel room was big and spacious. However we had a room facing main road and restaurant entrance. Bed and sofas are a bit old.
