It was an amazing stay.. i will come back

It is hotel with really nice design. Appreciated parking with ecar chargers. Appreciated self checkin, although form was a bit long to complete. Breakfast was good, and got a bit too busy as it seems everyone have it included as there is not staff on reception.

Quiet, clean and accessible

The hotel is OK so far. Modernly done. Rooms smart. Breakfast average. But the human interaction via the service hotline scared me. After the third call, I was sure it was AI. I would like to praise the service and customer orientation of Expedia and the personal commitment of the employees there. Even if there is only a chat, you can still feel a certain humanity and an effort to meet the needs of the guest This service orientation and helpfulness seems to me to have been completely lost at this hotel.

It would have been nice to speak to someone at check in.

The hotel was ok, clean, spacey rooms, nice shower. facilities included a laundry room, which was a plus. The breakfast was very limited, and we had to wait forever for the food to be replenished. No AC in the rooms, it was quite stuffy. Overall ok, for a 1 night stay.

Nice place but very self service. The service was very good in the restaurant. One pillow per person. No one to ask about a second pillow. Self checkin was difficult.

In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people. Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait. We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.

Nice self check- in hotel. Not many choices to eat close by and hotel restaurant dinner menu is very limited. And expensive. Free breakfast was really good. No air conditioning. Nice workout area and sauna.

Very busy road below room and hard to sleep. Food and room excellent. Remote check-in really slow. Sure I have paid twice.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, workout room and sauna was amazing. Bar and menu for dinner was very good. Overall great stay and family friendly, staff even took the time to have a conversation in German with my daughter:)

Excellent brand new hotel! Beautiful location and view of the alps! Electronic check in was super smooth and hotel amenities were amazing for the price! Wonderful breakfast and super modern design all around!

the worst hotel ever, not cooperative in any way for our special situation during Covid-19 all what they cared about was our money. very selfish management. The hotel doesn't deserve any good rating and we don't recommend it at all.

Was not ready for a minimalist kind of stay. The staff was friendly when working.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. I recomend it. Even the food at the restaurant, although a little expensive, it was good. Overall great value for money.

This hotel is beautifully located and the ambience is lovely. The bar is so much fun, there was live music and decently priced drinks! Our view was amazing from our room. The check in is a little strange being there is no reception desk. However, you can still get help and the gentleman who helped us was very nice. Brought up extra towels, etc. and called us a cab! Definitely recommend this property!

Self checkin was very impersonal. Initial impression was a hotel for robots! But, we were impressed with the design and quality! We loved the space and food. The more we looked, the better it seemed. We loved the experience.

The property had very large parking spots and was in very good condition. The bar was hip and comfortable- the bartender was also very nice, with his German and Italian phrases. The room was comfortable with a nicely designed layout, large bathroom (with bath tub and shower) and the beds were relaxing. I would stay here any time I needed to go to Liechtenstein or Feldkirch.

Everything was fine- fast check in from the car park on level-1 !!! The was great, clean , breakfast was good
