Arriving, you will be greeted immediately by friendly staff. The place is clean, the rooms are also nice, there are 2 swimming pools, and the food is delicious with lots of variations.

This hotel is quite close to Jatim Park 2. If you want to go there, the hotel staff will even take you there for free. The rooms aren't very spacious, and the bathrooms are quite cramped for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast menu for our two-night stay was limited, and the dining area was quite cramped during high season.

I'll definitely come back. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has plenty of amenities. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide selection. Although many people say the parking is far, there's valley parking and a shuttle bus to and from the parking lot. Highly recommended for those staying overnight in Batu City.

The hotel staff is very friendly, as soon as you arrive at the hotel your luggage is immediately brought by the bellboy, the parking lot is not far from the hotel -+200 meters from the hotel but don't worry there is a shuttle available 24 hours (even at 11 pm there is still a shuttle), the hotel staff is always helpful at any time, breakfast can request various coffees including Cappuccino made using a Simonelli machine, the view from the rooftop is very nice with a mountain view The only drawback is 1 AC in 309 is not cold but overall the hotel is very good in terms of service and stay experience
