El personal es amable, la habitación era tal cual la anunciada, todo muy limpio, perfecto si lo que buscas es estar cerca del centro, todo es muy accesible

Rooms were very clean and staff were super friendly. For Parking you have to ask the front desk for a card a park a block down

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

The street outside the hotel was very noisy, day & night. Everything else was good.

Comfortable hotel, great location, just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo. Staff are friendly and helpful.
