execelente ubicación y muy cómodas habutaciones

The location of the property is nice. Our room is so dusty, uncomfortable and central air condition is not working. When we arrived in our room, the vent was closed which is a big question mark. I asked the middle aged man, maybe a supervisor to check our room, so he open the vent and he said that they have centralized air condition. There was a ceiling fan but the remote control is not working. That man told us that that will get fixed in 10 minutes, it did not happened. The room is not ready , NO TOWELS. I asked that man to just provide us another room but he said they are fully booked. First night, we asked the front desk if we can borrow electric fan, they said they don’t have any. Second day when we came back from our tour, front desk is using electric fan, so we asked them if we can borrow the fan because we are not comfortable with our room because it is so hot,. Then that night they have another fan in the front desk. is our room just a STORAGE ROOM? DUSTY, VENT CLOSED, REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING, CENTRALIZED AIR NOT WORKING, NO TOWELS . NO FAN? We are so DISAPPOINTED.

The receptionist Matias was super friendly and efficient, he definitely made me feel welcomed as soon as we started chatting. I wish more hotels in the city had caring employees as him. Thank you :)

Dirty hotel, stay away. when I walked into my room, I found long hair on my bed, when I went to take a shower, bath tub had lot of hairs. This hotel needs major renovation and major cleaning. Bathroom looks like from 50's. I was planning to stay 4 days and had to find another hotel. STAY AWAY. The only thing good about this hotel is that its at a very good location.

Air condition so bad. The room was hot

Location is great, beds were very comfortable, as was the room. The only drawback was that there was only one key per room and we were a party of 3. We managed around it but having an additional key for guest use would have made planning easier. Having the small kitchenette was a great convenience and overall cleanliness of the room was very good.

The room is newly renovated, comfy bed with a small kitchen. Prime location very close to Obelisco and shopping streets. However, the heating system of the whole building were malfunction. Even when it was working, the air outlet is too small to heat up the room. Do not stay during protest, parade or any celebrations in BA if you are light sleeping. People can be on the street making noise until 2 am. Apart from that everything is good. Staff are very helpful espacially Wendy. She gave me tips for restaurants and place to go around the city.

O quarto é ótimo, super confortável. Tudo limpinho, toalhas boas, cama e travesseiros também. O atendimento na recepção é simplesmente impecável. As opções de café da manhã são boas, mas não é como habitual em forma de buffet, possuem um cardápio com opções fixas, se quiser mais do que uma opção, precisa pagar a parte. Apesar disso, as opções disponíveis são completas e sustentam muito bem, tudo de muita qualidade - para mim, não foi um ponto ruim ou negativo, só acho interessante destacar. Voltaria sem sombra de dúvidas!!! Único ponto ruim, de modo geral é que ouvia muito o quarto ao lado, mas não sei se o problema era da acústica do hotel ou da família que falava alto demais.

Hotel antigo e com móveis antigos e alguns rasgados. Na foto parecia mais confortável e moderno. Café da manhã muito ruim e péssimo atendimento em uma cafeteria que fica em anexo. Pagamos em 1 ovo frito o equivalente a 20 reais.

Tudo excelente, com atendimento impecável, principalmente os profissionais da recepção.

Constrangedor. Fiz a reserva de duas noites, na noite anterior recebi uma mensagem de texto informando que o checkout seria às 10h, mandei mensagem perguntando se poderia ser às 12h, ao que informaram que sim. No dia do checkout as 11:50 um homem começou a bater na porta do quarto mandando sair porque o checkout seria às 10h, eu disse que falaram que podia sair às 12h e a pessoa perguntou quem tinha dito aquilo, mostrei a mensqgem No WhatsApp e ele se retirou. Foi uma situação chata e constrangedora por total falta de comunicação da equipe. Além disso, o café da manhã a do hotel é ruim, a toalha de banho é bem fina, quase transparente. E tem um horário de checkin às 15h e checkout às 10h. Apesar da boa localização, não recomendo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, voltarei mais vezes, recomendo.

Foi excelente a estadia, o hotel fica muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. No Check-in fomos muito bem atendidos. Agradecemos ao Chico, pela eficiência e simpatia. O café da manhã é de qualidade, os funcionários Alan e Joaquim do Cafe Nomada são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Instalacoes ok. Cafe da manha bom, porém, só pode escolher uma opção . Se quiser tomar um iogurte e comer ovo ou pão na chapa, nao pode, só pode escolher uma opção. Do resto está ok.

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica: próxima ao obelisco, tango porteño, calle florida... conseguimos visitar os principais pontos turísticos indo a pé. O quarto é bem espaçoso, as camas confortáveis (apesar de ser aquele tipo em que juntam duas camas). Tem uma pequena cozinha que pode ajudar bastante na economia. O café da manhã deixa a desejar. Recebemos um voucher para utilizar o Café que fica no térreo, mas as opções são bem limitadas: ovos mexidos com torrada, yogurt com granola ou medialuna com suco, café ou chá.

Hotel bom com ótima localização.
