Slow responsive in room make up and cleanliness.

Good view & very efficient service. Have problem with toilet water. Contact via chat and staff came to fix less than 5 mins! Good job.

Extremely busy had to lineup to use the elevator took about 10 minutes to get in the lift and get into the room.

Very nice property and the rooms and layout for the W at Darling Harbour are beautiful! Great views too as we had a room overlooking Darling Harbour.
