The staff was good and the place is in a good area. The restaurant inside the hotel was quite good and I like everything pretty much the only thing I would of like to had is ac.

Clean rooms, mall nearby, near the bus terminal. The only thing that bothers me would be that rooms on different floors are priced differently and I don't have ways to know that in advance. The rooms on the 4th floor are excellent but more expensive. The ones on the 2nd floor, cheaper and not as good.

Add air conditioning in the rooms. Please provide a mobile card payment option, and pay more attention to details such as adding menus to each room and indicating which extension to dial for room service.

The floor smelled like smoke, there was ongoing construction in the building, the room had smells and did not feel clean, there was lots of traffic noise with the windows open. better options available for the same price. Would not return. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful though

I like the convenience of location

Overnight staff helped me with finding medicine for my daughter who had a very high fever. Overall the hotel bed was very hard, but everything else was fine. Overall very okay experience.

Estuvo bien para el precio que se pago. La luces de color en la cama me parecieron de muy mal gusto y algunas toallas estaban viejas. Finalmente si deberian anticipar que se trata de un Motel-Hotel. Por lo demas estuvo bastante bastante bien sobretodo la limpieza.

Wifi connection is horribly frustrating....which means the wifi connection greatly hinders the ROKU television set up in the room. BAD WIFI .....BAD TV
