We stayed 3 nights at this hotel in June 2026. It was almost brand new. The property offers an unusual color scheme, dark tones and raw concrete. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were firm. Linen and towels of excellent quality. Unless you ask for it, nobody will do the bed, tidy up the bathroom or empty the waste bins. The cold continental breakfast offers convenience and good value for money. For a hotel that size, there are only a few outdoor parking spots. Paid underground parking is very convenient. But there was plenty of sand or stone dust. As a result, our car mats were quite messy. We did not have time to use the gym and the swimming pool. Overall, a good hotel at a competitive price for Lévis. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the building, away from Boul. Kennedy, a very busy artery.
