Great clean and modern hotel within walking distance of Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and reasonable walking distance into the city center Friendly staff and quiet My only very minor complaint is there is no hot pot available in the room for tea or coffee. (Felt like I was back in Las Vegas ) :) Other than that I would highly recommend this property . It was extremely easy to find

I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The staff were incredible polite, attentive and truly caring — such genuine hospitality is rare to find these days. The breakfast was outstanding: varied, delicious and very interesting with something new to enjoy every day. I highly recommend Kronen Hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart. It’s a place you definitely want to return to !

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I am usually a little skeptical of hotel breakfasts, and as an American, I am unused to the typical German breakfast of meats and cheeses. However, there were a variety of options at breakfast, and I was able to eat very well, even as a vegetarian. The hotel courtyard is the star of this hotel. It was filled with hydrangea flowers and was such a peaceful place. I really enjoyed sitting out here surrounded by flowers with the birds chirping. This hotel made my stay in Stuttgart very enjoyable. If I stayed again, I’d book a larger room. I only wish the room had been cooler! It got very warm in the room despite being cool outside. Opening a windows only helped a little.

The staff were exceptional as was the breakfast. Five stars on both. Our room, while spacious, had a dated decor, uncomfortable bed, and air conditioning that worked sometimes.

Very friendly welcome, great staff and wonderful choice at breakfast. A fifteen-minute stroll from the Main Railway Station in Stuttgart and clean and quiet. Five minutes walk from the main shopping and eating area and ten minutes to the Schloss Platz.

Two night stay while in town on business. Really like this hotel. It’s old school German, which I love! The room key is a real key with a big metal tag linked to it. The whole thing prob weighs a pound. You leave it at the front desk when you go somewhere and they cheerfully give in back when you return. The whole facility is clean and in great condition and good Wi-Fi. One of the best breakfast spreads I’ve had in a while. Staff is super attentive and helpful. One drawback is no gym (but that comes with old school). Location is excellent with 5-7 minute walk to train access and 10-15 minute walk to the old downtown action. I found two nearby brauhaus restaurants and loved both. Price is right, no complaints. Will return here on my next trip.
