There was an incident in early morning with an annoyed, profane, loud (repeatedly pounding on his door) guest for which my wife and I were fearful of our personal safety.
The night manager was slow to respond, at least 1/2 hour ( ? wonder if he was even in the building)
Manager repeatedly apologized, but offered no reassurances, or compensation consideration.
We left very early in morning and skipped breakfast d/t our concern. Will never return
