the hotel itself is inside the bromo's national park, so we need to purchase the bromo ticket. you can buy it via e-bromo. the hotel was awesome. the room and view is fabulous. but one thing had me impressed is the hospitality. that night i got bad stomacache (maag) so i cant take the breakfast. one of the staff notice it and asked my mom, they then pack me porridge to take out to my room. i really2 grateful for it so i can still have a proper breakfast for my ache tummy.

Breakfast service was chaotic, with only eggs being ordered. The food served was cold and not very tasty.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was ready at the check-in time. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for refreshing and healing from fatigue. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety.

The hotel staff is friendly, the view of the surrounding environment is good. The choice of variations at breakfast is indeed less complete. But overall the taste is quite good

hot water is limited but regular water also goes off several times,

beautiful views that can be enjoyed from the front of the cabin and around the hotel

It would be better to improve the variety of food, especially if we are staying for a long time.

2x stay here with the main reason of the location closest to Mount Bromo, there is a small heater in the cabin that helps to keep from getting cold. Resto (dinner) management should be improved.

It's really worth staying here, the view is beautiful, it's quiet, clean, really good.

Good location, good service, somehow when I first arrived at the hotel area, the vibes were like being abroad. Continued success for Artotel Cabin Bromo.

It's fun, but it's quite tiring, from the lobby to the room it's a bit of a long walk uphill/downhill.

The fo staff is very helpful, very friendly. The breakfast staff is also very helpful and responsive.

With the room rate around 3 million/ night, I expect the room has heater because the location of hotel is inside Bromo mountain area. But Hotel only provides exhaust which is not effective to warm the room. And the sound is really annoying. We cannot sleep, It was freezy and noisy.

The view of the hotel is superb! Very wonderful location. We need to pay Bromo enterance fee 2 times to get to the hotel. The minus is there are loads of flies in the hotel area and cabins.

The electricity went out at night, and the water went out in the morning. It's a shame for such a nice hotel. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

There are lots of flies in the room and on the balcony, asking housekeeping for insect spray takes ages, drinking water is limited to mineral water bottles, it would be nice if the cabin had a dispenser

The hotel is in the perfect location to see Bromo and its surrounding attractions. The property was also very nice. Bought the package with breakfast included. It had a good variety of options. The only issue I see is the bug situation, something could have been done with the situation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though the room was not ready at check-in time.

The location is very close to the area of Mount Batok and whispering sand. The cabin room will feel very hot when exposed to the morning sun towards noon but when the night is very cold.
