The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities. I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.

It was a good place but no amenities no spa and but even shampoo in shampoo bottles also no hot water in taps and staff doesn’t reply until u complain

Great Staff (cleaning staff, Front Desk and Manager), clean room. Stayed there for 13 night. Will be my hotel of choice for future travel.

Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Manager is super friendly and helpful, as well as all staff. Front desk guy and manager made an international call on their own cell phones.
