Very new, good condition

Very clean!

It was decent.

The only thing good about this place was the person behind the desk. They were polite and helpful when we checked in. The room was muggy and not clean feeling. The fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was the worst. They had no coffee creamer, the eggs were powder, everything else looked rough. The pool had a bunch of teenagers that wouldn’t allow anyone else in. Not a bad place to just stay if you have to, but don’t expect more than that.

Holliday Inn Express charged us a $50 Pet Fee even though we have no pets. The front desk clerk assigned the fee but would not remove it without an absent manager’s approval. Thoroughly disappointing service.

Staff was nice & a quick check in process, staff was able to accommodate a late check outing.

This was an awesome stay from the quick check in, very new and clean facilities, great spacious room with comfy bed and a great continental breakfast, one of the best included breakfasts we have experienced. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel ! Two issues: bed is somewhat soft for our liking. As mentioned, we like the hotel. We usually do not have noise issues, but above our floor, a family w/kids ran around late at night for a couple of hours. Parents were just as heavy-footed. Remedy: will ask for a higher floor next time.

There has a half banana size of shampoo remains on the shower door,I ended up cleaning it myself.

Booked two rooms - both were filthy. Made them give my daughter another room, but they were fully booked and they didn’t have another room for me to swap into. Would NEVER stay there again.

Very nice stay, staff was very helpful and friendly, provided our every need. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here!

Keurig in room is way above the drip coffee makers at Comfort Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. None have real half and half in room. Bed was very comfortable. AC was quiet. Soundproofing from hall noise was excellent.

Close to I-64. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants nearby (by car). Rooms are clean comfortable and bright. Good breakfast.
