The place was very clean. The AC blew cold. The TV was too much of a hassle to even use. No conditioner in shower (bring your own). No breakfast in the breakfast area. Staff graciously let me have a late check out at noon (they will also sell later checkouts for small fee).

I loved everything about this place except for the fact that the pool does not work

The property was beautiful. However the pool was closed which was not updated on the booking site and the AC in the room did not work and it was very uncomfortable. Make sure you bring your own toiletries.

The property is bit older and outdated, but the room was clean, everything met my expectations, and I felt safe during my stay.

My shower didnt have hot water checked in at 10 at night cold water woke up at 8 am no hot water checked out no discount and was double charged for a room and now have to wait and pray i receieve my money back also peple are walking around all night while you sleep creepy

Room outdated and need of repair. Trash outside room everywhere, belt lying on sidewalk outside room, appeared to have homeless loitering or people living there, men lying on ground outside rooms smoking, pool closed in end of June, landscape awful and full of trash.

Professional, Respectful

Suburban Studios was easy to get to right off the highway, which made it super convenient for travel. Because of the location, it was a bit loud at times, but nothing too extreme. The rooms were nicely updated and clean, which I appreciated. However, the outside grounds could use more attention—they looked a bit dirty and neglected. Despite that, it was a solid, budget-friendly option for the area, and I’d stay here again for a quick, affordable trip

Bed was clean, pillows sucked, room was clean except for tub backing up. Had to clean it with a towel before it could be used. All in all not bad for price.

This hotel is disgusting. From the time you check in and then enter your room. I shoild have turned right around and requested a refund. BUT, they wont give a refund just a change of rooms. We'll if one room is that bad I wouldnt expect another to be any better. Had a storm and power and tv kept going out and the water came in though a crack in the ceiling. No coffee in lobby, no cups to ever get a drink water 1 bar of soap and looked like a used bottle of shampoo. Couldn't wait to leave. Never ever going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I saw a person lying on the floor in front of their room, smoking and shirtless—not a welcoming sight. Once inside my room, I immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom was in terrible condition, dirty, with stained shower curtains, and the bed linens also had stains. I only booked this place for a short 5-hour stay, hoping to shower and get some rest, but honestly, I don’t think I’ll be able to do either. The room is simply disgusting. For the price I paid, I’ve stayed in much better places. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

It was borderline fine to stay in, not good by any means. Would probably not stay here again and pay a little extra to get a proper hotel

The phone wasn’t plugged in and the WiFi was spotty but overall safe area and good room

Dirty and stinky. There are a lot of ugly insects at night, all around the building. They don’t even have a housekeeper in site. Staying there was the worse experience I’ve ever had.

Like many budget motels near highway exits, the facilities were very basic and the room was not in great condition. However, the bedding was relatively clean. Breakfast was not provided, and compared to similar motels, the price was a bit high.
