Great location, clean and very spacious. Some odd issues with window locks and the Wi-Fi didn't work for us.

Very close to Mont St Michel. The hotel itself is nothing special but it's functional for one night. There was no support for the shower head and no shower curtain. Something they should fix. There are decent dining options nearby though.

The price was good and we stayed one night so we could visit Mont Saint Michele, it is about 25 minutes away by car. Note that the town of Pontorson shuts down early. We could not find a restaurant open on a Friday night stay, no fault of the hotel.

The room in the pic on the app doesn’t look as it is in person. App it looks modern and spacious. In person it’s not and a bit dated.

Terrible place, I've never seen anything worse. For the price charged they should be ashamed. No A/C, no shower just hose over bath. This should be classed as hostel for £30 a night not 3 star for £90 a night.

The room was larger. We had 3 bedrooms, a living room, eating area. There was a separate toilet room and shower room. Our issue is that the air quality was poor as the bulding has a mold problem. My husband is very reactive to mold and I am very sensitive to the smell of mold. We did our best to spend as little time inside the room as possible for our health sake. Opening windows meant being open to the outside as we were on ground level and felt unsafe leaving the room open with our things inside. The exterior window covering were also very dirty, not sure if it was dirt from the streets or mold. The overall space was nice and visually clean. Our only issue was the moldy smell and resultant air quality.

Hotel Ariane is in a great location close to many restaurants and services. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast option.

Typical 3 star hotel I guess. One of the toilets had hair in it when we arrived.Disgusting . The window to one of the bedrooms my kids slept in didnt have a curtain so anyone could look into it. We had to put a blanket over it. The shower would turn cold every minute. Horrible showers. No amenities . Reception guy didn’t show us how to lock the door until I went back and asked . There’s a special way you had to lock it. We were only there 1 night so it was tolerable. Waiter at breakfast was very nice. People were nice. Rooms not so much.

Hotel was clean and receptionist helpful with our bikes. Room ok, but lacking basic things like kettle or shower attachment. Advertised as spa hotel but cost of this was considerable extra, not advertised. Breakfast good though

The hotel was full when I arrived, I did not stay here and would like a refund. I spent two hours on the phone with your reps without a conclusion.

Check in was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The family room had plenty of space for up to 5 people. It was comfortable and quiet.
