Great value for money and quiet. Very helpful correspondance before visit. There are no staff on site but that's fine as access is arranged pre arrival.

Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use.

Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors. Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good. Room was tidy and clean. Stayed in family room 5- has a double bed and a single bed. Things to improve -The soap dispenser fires the soap out all over you as it's mounted very high. -The fridge was off- so took some time to cool down. -Shower curtain took a bit of getting used to and could see it would be easy to flood the bathroom- plenty of room for a cheap screen. (maybe kept that way for disabled access) -Unlike hotels there isn't black out curtains- so we did wake up early- wasn't a problem for us as we had to be up and gone but if you like a dark room then these aren't them. Loved -Instant access- no delays checking in. -Much better decor than a normal hotel. -Great touch with some quality snacks and drinks. -Comfy beds. -Useful kitchen area- we didn't use it. -Decent location- about 2 mins from the main shops and not far from the sea. -Great quiet car park right across the street (weekends anyway). Car parking can be fun- have to pay 3 times to cover an overnight stay- upto 10pm, 10pm to 6am and then again 6am onwards- but that's the councils fault.

Was a lovely room, the snacks left was lovely, having Aircon was amazing as so hot, coffee was excellent, 10min walk from parade, iron/steamer availability is also very helpful, just wish there was someone there during night as my neighbours were very noisy!

The hotel is more than enough

Andy and the staff were amazing. So helpful and informative on booking. We had a 4 hour trip to attend a wedding and they accommodated our request for an early check in without any hesitation. Clean and modern room. Free tea and coffee, even a goody bag of sweets snacks and crisps which was an unexpected lovely gesture.

Spacious and very clean room would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Andy very helpful when we asked if we could check in early due to a family event. My only comment is that we could hear talking from the next door room but wasn’t too much of an issue. Great location close to the railway station.
