The morning shift is very nice but the evening shift is quite grumpy and unpleasant.

nice new hotel, everything is ok

Upon entering the room, I discovered the hygiene conditions were abysmal. The bathroom was severely clogged, with water overflowing onto the floor and even spreading into the bedroom area. A foul stench permeated the entire room. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes. I was bitten all night and couldn't sleep. Despite reporting this to the staff, they failed to provide any effective solution. In summary, this was a horrific experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The prices are not justified given the terrible quality of service.

Advantages: new room, clean, cleaning every day. Disadvantage: no mini refrigerator. The love seats were all over the room. I asked the receptionist to temporarily take them out. They said there was 1 chair in each room and there was no place to take them out. They asked me to change rooms in the early afternoon? When asked again in the evening, the other person said the price was like that and asked to change rooms? On the second day, when cleaning the room and seeing that the chair had not been moved, they called someone to move it out. Suggestion: Customer service needs more attention.

Everything is fine, the room is clean and nice, just can't issue invoice and doesn't support changing stay time
