Clean property

The rooms are beautiful

Quick overnight, walks are thin but felt secure. Visibly not clean. Dead roaches in kitchen area, hair in bathtub, grime in shower, dirt in corners.

Love the room and there were no issues with the access process or the room itself. The two things that dropped my review from 5 to 4 are 1) there were no USB charging ports, 2) there wasn't even one clock. Neither is a serious issue, and everything else was excellent. I would like to suggest swapping out a few of the electrical outlets with USB-enabled outlets, and add at least a digital clock in the bedroom. I should correct the clock comment: there was a wall clock by the kitchenette, but it was non-functional (dead battery, I presume). I would definitely stay there again if/when I return to Lubbock.

The room was amazing!! I’m so glad I stayed here. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were beautiful. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. I would stay here again and again!!

Nice property with a no hassle check in.

We were in town for a concert just down the street. This location was perfect. The efforts into making the room comfortable and the little things like the shower head, toiletries and mini fridge and coffee bar was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice and affordable.

Had surgery and needed something quiet and comfortable. Staff made sure we were able to come for the surgery. Second time here and hoping to try all the rooms!

Such a great place! Easy, convenient and affordable. Only thing I'll say is that the walls are very thin. We could hear someone in the neighboring room on the phone and could hear the person on the other end of the call! Definitely not a deal-breaker considering it was quiet otherwise. We will stay again.

Everything about this stay was great! The details that are put into the room are amazing and cozy! The area was quiet but conveniently close to everything you could need! Would stay over and over again.

Areas is quiet and feels safe. Check in is very convenient and parking is right in front of room.

Didn’t need staff. Property is staff less. We stayed in #6 and it is very clean and comfort and classy. The decor is high end. A lot of thought was put into it. Everything you might need was provided. We would definitely stay there again.

The pros: parking right outside the door, your own suite with a separate bedroom, very nice and modern furnishings, mini fridge, brewpub and restaurant right across the street, relatively inexpensive for a suite. The cons: feels isolated, neighborhood not the best, parking isn’t secure, NOTHING nearby is open on Sundays, and (in our #1 suite) the Keurig coffee maker did not work. (They also only provided regular coffee pods; no decaf). And the contactless concept means there’s no one to talk to if there’s a problem, as with our non functioning coffee maker.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was able to get me in three hours early for check-in so I could freshen up before an event and I really appreciated that. This was my first contactless experience so it was a little confusing. I booked through Hotels.com and nobody made me aware that I needed to check out via email. I just left like I would a regular hotel room. However, I wasn’t charged extra so I guess that turned out okay.

This is our second time staying here. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. We also like this hotel for the convenience of it's location. I highly recommend this hotel to others!
