The air conditioner is a bit hot, just a bit because I like it cold.

I booked a room with 1 bed for 2 people. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist said that the room had a faulty air conditioner so they arranged a room with 2 beds for me. It was very, very cramped, I could only step onto the bed and into the bathroom. The bed was broken and patched with tape. The smell in the bathroom was very bad. When I reported it to the receptionist, they came in to check when I was not in the room and then did not inform or ask the guest. The smell did not change. The soundproofing was weak, I had trouble sleeping at night because of the sound of opening and closing doors in other rooms. The worst experience ever when booking a room on the app.

Good place for family stay. Close to fish market and the beach. Friendly staff.

I went with 2 people and booked a double room. When I booked, I chose the wrong person so the hotel charged me an extra 100k. It was still ok because it was my fault. At 6am, the police came and knocked on the doors of the rooms next door to check something, which kept me from sleeping. The hotel charged me for 2 bottles of mineral water, which really surprised me. The room was okay but not worth the money I spent. I will not come back.

Second time choosing this place. Today I booked a regular room and the receptionist upgraded me to an apartment. The hotel is clean, beautiful, convenient, and close to the center. Next to the Xom Luoi market, right on the front beach, a short walk away. My room review on tiktok will be more complete 🥰 everything is very ok

The receptionist was enthusiastic, the room was super nice, fully equipped and the price was cheaper than The Song. I was able to book a room with a kitchen for less than 300k per night. I will come back if I have the chance.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic and lovely. The hotel is near the Xom Luoi market, just a few steps away. Close to many places to eat. I really like it and will come back next time.

Wifi is slow but everything is ok

The room is clean, just like the picture, the air conditioner is always cold, the kitchen just lacks spices, the TV this time came, the internet was a bit laggy and the small TV was not enjoyable to watch, the hot water has improved, whether it is hot in the morning or at night. Overall, the room is fully equipped, the location is right on the front beach, I have not seen any disappointments in Milanesa, see you next time

Near the front beach, near convenient restaurants, however the room feels a bit old, the bed sheets and blankets are also a bit old

+ My room location was very cool and airy, but because I went on days when there was a party near the hotel, it was very noisy until 2-3am. + At first, the hotel staff gave me a room that was not the same as the picture I saw on the website, they changed it to another room when I was curious, so when you book a room, please check the room and information carefully + The kitchen is quite full of pots and plates but there are no spoons and spices + The washing machine works well, is not noisy, and has laundry detergent support, but I don't know if it depends on the room or not + The male staff on duty at night is very friendly
