This was supposed to be a nice hotel stay, I even took the superior room at double the standard price. A few major things went wrong: 1. NO HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS. 2. Staff did not do housekeeping and did not throw rubbish 3. The floor was dusty and grainy, making my bare feet dirty 4. The valet staff forgot to turn off my car lights, causing the battery to die and wasted half of my day 5. They did not give back my passport after I checked out, I had to make another trip back to retrieve it 6. I stayed multiple days, and the access card had to be renewed every single day to even go back to my room All in all, this was a very disappointing stay.

Please expedite repairs to facilities like the elevator. I came last week, and a week later, the elevator on the second floor was still under repair. Everything else is fine. Good.

The location is strategic, the cleanliness is standard, as there are sometimes dirty spots in every crevice. The staff is friendly, but the only real shame is the staff manning the pyramid. I was expecting breakfast to be accompanied by music like a bar. But it was all Ambonese pop and inappropriate playlists, played at a volume that seemed louder than usual, making my head spin. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall it's ok, the room is quite comfy. But the key pass errored twice when I came from outside to enter the room, I had to go down again to reset the key, I've changed the key pass but it's loose so the lights, AC, etc. go out so I have to use tissue. The room phone doesn't have numbers listed to call, Netflix can't be used, you have to have your own account. There's a cafe bar on the 5th floor, which is quite nice for chilling. Maybe next time there will be a basement parking lot because there's only a small parking lot for cars & motorbikes are a bit cramped to get in and out

Pillow cases, sheets and blankets have turned yellow but have not been replaced with new ones. Many of the wall wallpapers have peeled off. The only trash can available is in the bathroom.

The AC is cold and the bed is comfortable, unfortunately the room is narrow, the space for praying is not comfortable, there are no signs of the direction of the Qibla. The bathroom is very narrow but the hot water works well. And the trash can is only in the bathroom. The location is very strategic. The hallway to the room, especially in front of the elevator area, is not very clean.

I've had 2 staycations at Hotel Qube and I like it and it's comfortable.

Please fix the bathroom area.
