the location is ok, across from Icon mall. near the beach, in front of the inn there is a cafe, if I go to Sanur I want to book at this inn again. oh yeah, here there is a shared kitchen that can be used by guests who stay

You get what you pay for. It's basic and a good location.

Very strategic location, clean, complete facilities, helpful and comfortable staff. The only drawback is that there is no mirror in the room. The mirror is only in the bathroom so it's a bit difficult when you want to dress up and please pay attention to the cleanliness of the cutlery in the kitchen because the storage place and spoons look less cleaned maybe because they are rarely used. But everything works well.

I have stayed at urban haven twice. The room is clean and there is a super clean swimming pool facility. The location is very strategic across from icon mall. Close to nasi ayam msn weti, warung happy monkey and easy beach access

The location is wonderful. You literally need to walk 20 steps to visit Icon Mall. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mbak Titin and the other mas-mas bali (I'm sorry I forgot the name). Shampoo, soap, and towels are available. Drink water refill is also available. Was a nice place for long stays. Definitely will come back 👍🏼 ⭐.

The room is quite ok, the AC is cold, the toilet is clean, it's just that there is no car park, at night it's better not to order food online because the door is locked and the hotel employees are nowhere to be found.. locked from the outside.. it's a hassle to find hotel employees, there are none on standby at night after 12 or 1 am..

The room was hot, because the air conditioner wasn't working properly.

The location of the hotel is really strategic, in front of the ICON mall Sanur Bali. If you want to go to the beach, just cross through the ICON mall. The place is 300 m from nasi met weti and 500 m from mak beng, just walk from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is okay and the swimming pool is super clean. It is better to replace the shower toilet in the room with a new one.

This is a really recommended place to stay, the staff is very friendly, the place is clean, the AC is really cold. When I just arrived, I got a parcel too 😁. Very strategic location to Icon Mall, just cross. If you want to go to the beach, just walk. Very comfortable, especially for me who has small children because there is Netflix too. Next time you go to Bali in the Sanur area, you will definitely stay here again 🫶🏻

Things as basic as towels are not provided. But the employees seem to be good. But I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to take a shower, there weren't any towels, and I wanted to feel free to ask, how come something as simple as a towel wasn't prepared without asking. The AC also didn't work well, luckily I was helped by using a fan, but I ended up sleeping with a bloated stomach and caught a cold. There is no welcome drink provided in the room either. So when you arrive, be ready to be thirsty. For the price paid for the Deluxe size, it's not really worth it. Very far. Cheaper prices and towels provided, I think they are still available. So I won't come here again. Never. But thanks, the employees are friendly.

Hotel bersih, nyaman & tempat strategis. Walaupun tidak ada tempat parkir overall its good.

Very strategic, in front of the icon mall but it was not open when I went there hehe. Very comfortable, helpful and friendly staff. The room smells cozy like at home.

It ' s a clean, well-managed place with friendly staff. I stayed one night and book another night here. The room facilities are great, fan, AC, accessible sockets in the corners, thoughtful room design. They have clean common space as well (pool, seating area, and kitchen!). All rooms are non-smoking which is great for me. They provide a smoking area near the pool. Great place!
