When I wanted to check in, I was very surprised by the model of the accommodation provided, it did not match what was shown in the promotional image ... It was really beyond my expectations. Sleeping in a very uncomfortable condition, people walking around, the tent was not safe, without a lock, very noisy, the toilet was far away, there were lots of ants and mosquitoes in the tent. It is forbidden to bring food from outside, but the restaurant is only open until 10 pm and in the morning you can't get breakfast, while the restaurant will open at 10 am. For visitors who will come to stay, it would be better in the summer, because if it's the rainy season, it's difficult to go to the toilet, you have to prepare an umbrella, if it's night you have to use a flashlight, don't forget to bring a padlock from home to keep your belongings safe. But the jogging facilities around it are extraordinary ... The zoo collection is also large, the view is very cool ... The food is delicious and all the staff there are very friendly and kind, because we can enjoy all the facilities for free, without any charges, thank you.

The floor of the attic room (2nd floor) is a bit dusty/dirty. There is a small leak from the roof zinc, penetrating to the main room spring bed. So the staff tried to cover the bed with plastic first, then replace the sheets & blankets with new ones. The food at the restaurant upstairs is standard/ordinary, according to each person's taste. My suggestion, 1 hour before check-in time, the main room floor & attic room floor should be swept again by the staff. During rainy weather, 1 hour before guests check-in, also check the condition inside each villa room again, whether there is a leak or not. So that when guests enter, everything has been resolved properly by the staff. For service, very friendly & responsive in receiving complaints (about leaks).

Nice place, unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes, maybe because it's near the forest.

the villa is comfortable with a cool garden atmosphere, it feels like living in a forest even though it's in the city, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The food at the Dkuala cafe is also delicious, overall it's very satisfying. love it🥰
