Never book an apartment in Taman Melati, the regulations are complicated and you lose money. You have to pay for the electricity yourself, basically it's just a little money. I've already booked but ended up not checking in, I'm okay with the money going to waste because the regulations are too complicated

When checking in, the electricity token ran out, the pillows were not comfortable, there were no towels, the location was strategic and the service was also fast.

So far so good. Close to the city center and campus area, there is an additional fee if we check in early 150k and 100k for room key deposit, which is not nice, there are no toiletries, no mineral water, want to take a shower wait for towels after 6 pm because they are still in the laundry 😂 so we checked out without taking a shower 😁.

Facilities such as towels and saprey are inadequate.

Location near UGM, clean rooms, complete facilities. Pretty good for staying for a long time.

For the price of 385, the facilities are inadequate, there is a kitchen but no cooking utensils are provided, the blankets are very thin, the AC is not cold, the bathroom is quite dirty, there is no soap, only 1 towel and it is small. And for access in and out, you pay for parking. 1 day there, the parking fee was 20k. The point is, it's not recommended.

Kebersihan masih kurang. Cukup rumit untuk proses check in dan checkout. Saluran toilet tidak lancar. Sudah request untuk 2 tamu tapi hanya dapat 1 handuk. Tidak semua kebijakan properti dituliskan pada aplikasi ini.

The room is well-maintained and comfort, check-in and check out processes is easy. However, the absence of a water heater may be noted, though it personally doesn't pose an inconvenience for me.

The toilet and kitchen set are dirty, the water heater is broken, the towels are fluffy and fur is stuck to the body, there is no notification that you can't get wifi, even though in the application it is clear that wifi is a facility and the front liners are not friendly.
