Room is dirty. There are flies in the room and AC is not working.

Great staff and stay. The breakfast was exceptional. I will stay again.

Good location and nice breakfast

I used to stay there for two weeks in December 2019.actually I always stayed north station holiday inn when I went back to my hometown. There was a supermarket nearby. So many Supermarkets in the city shout down after COVID-19. Employees seem not familiar to process checking in for travelers of overseas. I booked 6 nights on websites . I was told there were no south window room because people coming for meeting. I was sent to a room with three big windows towards northwest corner. I walked away and requested for refund. I back to US yesterday, it has been 10days haven’t received refund yet. They took a few seconds to charge, taking unlimited time to return.

Every room smells of cigarettes smoke

there is no refrigerator in the room. Also the TV volume when turn to maximum still very soft and for old age person just could not hear

Very convenient to public transport and the financial district. New and clean.

Service was adequate for a 3.2 star rating. The room was small so we asked for a larger room. A larger room was provided at additional reasonable cost. The generally Chinese style breakfast was good. Overall this stay was good except they did not provide bottle water during one day' but upon call' 4 bottles were brought up in 5 minutes. Overall satisfied with this stay. This is my second stay at this hotel within past two years. I recommend this hotel to others wanting a safe comfortable hotel without any fancy amenities. I will stay here again in future.

Clean, modern, very comfortable. Easy shopping and food options nearby as well as tasty food options in the hotel.

Room was comfortable but no fridge. Hotel next to Carrefour, beside there are bus stops & a number of buses go around the city. Take about 10 to 15mins walk from hotel to Subway/Railway/ Bus station.

staff are nice and helpful. we checked in later in midnight, but they still service us as much as possible.

Part of the hotel was under renovation so it was noisy during the day. The room temperature felt warm. Couldn't open the window and AC wasn't working (only air and no cold air). I think the hotel had the heater on. Breakfast was average. If you're tired of it there is a Macdonald's and Pizza Hut just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Just beside the hotel there is a Carrefour and a few restaurants which was very convenient.

Just like the Beijing Hiliday Inn, this hotel has buffet breakfast featuring noodles & spaghetti. An American was asking for syrup for his French Toast but all they could offer was honey. But there is a good mixture of vegetables, porridge & ham. Staff are very helpful & friendly.

Very near to supermarket and night market. Food around there quite cheap.

Convenient location with walking distance to Shenyang North station. Carrefour is just steps from the hotel door. New and comfortable. Facilities and overall as can be expected from Holiday inn express. Worth a pay.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Includes breakfast buffet, lots of choice. Due to issue with water in booked room the hotel upgraded to business suite at no cost. Would stay again

Price and location are OK, breakfast is nice. But the smell in the non-smoking room is smoky and a bit uncomfortable for me.
