I had a great stay !! Friends were in town from AZ to see Tigers game! Everyone was very nice especially the older valet attendant ! He was absolutely awesome!

Staff was very friendly, it was close to where we needed to be. Felt very safe and comfortable

This was a great place to stay.

Was not aware of the $55 charge to park on top of paying for the room. They fail to let you know that you have to pay to park when you stay there which is absolutely crazy to me. Nice hotel but definitely won’t be staying with them again!

Great Location and staff

The staff had a great vibe. Michael checked me in and he had great energy. I am from NY and he offered suggestions on food and Detroit sites to visit.

The people were great, but the overall quality of the hotel was sub-par. It felt like my stay was in 2005, not 2025.

The hotel was under construction. However the location was not good. It was just one night because we stopped to rest after been driving for almost 9 hours. The room was clean the sheets and the bed duvet looked very worn out.

Great location, nice hotel, currently being remodeled. Will be nice once that is done.

Room was a little rough. Fridge was missing the knob to lower/raise the temperature. Bathroom door was in horrible shape and kept getting stuck. When you could finally get it open it was so loud so middle of the night bathroom trips woke everyone up. Staff was helpful and friendly I just probably wouldn't stay here again.

I was disappointed that I had to pay ($55) for onsite valet parking, no free self parking. The breakfast fee I paid was for what they called the buffet, which was scrambled eggs, 3 slices of bacon, and potatoes. That's it!!! Are room was on the 3rd floor over looking a busy intersection, heard every loud vehicle. The hotel looked like it was under going renovation, not like the pictures.

Love it here

I was truly disappointed in this Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby was almost non-existent. The check in area looked like an old desk placed in the hallway. Our room would have been nice but, the carpet was soaking wet next to the window and an industrial fan was running to dry it out. I booked three rooms and all three rooms had the wet carpet. The staff were very accommodating and did their best to make amends for the wet rooms.

It was near the music scene in Detriot.

This place was updated, quiet. Staff was friendly. Ford Field and Comerica Park are like 3 blocks away. You can walk to numerous restaurants,bars, ice cream places, coffee shops. I highly recommend it.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the rooms were quiet, including having soft-close doors that didn’t slam. One downside, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. It almost overflowed when my husband shaved and took about 5 minutes to empty. When I reported this to the front desk upon our departure, and the attendant shrugged and said, “Oh, you just have to wait for it.” One other smallish thing—would recommend providing more towels. Two hand towels, etc, were not enough for two adults. Two bath towels are insufficient, especially when you have long hair, and the towels never dried.

Staff was incredibly friendly including the Valet drivers who were running cars in 95 degree heat. Hotel was very clean and in a prime location for walking to everything.

There was a lot of construction on 1st floor.Bathrooms closed , temporary front desk. Bar area open, one waitress for drinks & food . It was very noisy in our rooms, traffic, bands outside, people partying all night. Very disappointed
