The hotel was clean and very accommodating staff. Spectacular view of the lake.

Great view! The location couldn’t have been any better. Close to activities and plenty of restaurants right on the Pier.

Upon checking in my room was not ready . (Cleaned) but the manager did apologized and accommodate me.

This property was a great location to have access to navy pier and downtown Chicago without needing your car. The room was quite underwhelming for this pricepoint. I expect a glass drinking glass and a ceramic cup. I expect to have a bathroom with all items lotion to not smell old and have barely any in the bottle. I expect if you tell me I'm getting a complimentary $10 bottle of spring water that I'm not getting a 16 oz Dasani. I expect the drawer to close and stay closed. I expect the cooling system to function properly without being loud. I expect my parking to be included or at minimum discounted from non- guest parking. The value with this stay is mainly in the location, the view and the lovely staff, which you can find (not on the pier but near by) for a much lower price.

Perfect place to stay with family or alone. Wonderful views, excellent customer service, loved perks like ferris wheel tickets, museum passes, etc. Very clean and walkable. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of lighting options, fridge, endless gorgeous views, and spacious. I’ll be back with my family again.

Plenty of options to eat at Navy Pier and parking was very close using the East garage. Hotel used texting feature which was great for any questions or assistance. Great view of the water from our room. Great location to access boat cruises and fireworks

Good location, lots to do

It’s super convenient bc it’s on the pier but beware it’s connected so it’s not its own building. Still we felt safe and it was very clean

Great location, but the $50.00 early check-in fee is ridiculous. Also, the comforter on the bed has seen better days.

It was good. Overall, the room was quiet. Bed was not comfortable. Guests only recieve 2 bottles of water per stay. To purchase small bottles, the cost is $6 in the lobby. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. I never recieved an email receipt for the stay. Frontvdesk was not overly friendly orcwelcoming. They got the job done, in part. I'd still like to have an itemized bill for the stay. Can't say I'd stay again. Room was clean Bathroom was nice, updated & clean. (No extra towels) View was great. We were one floor down from the top. Neighbors above were disruptive a couple of times. It was fine. Not great.

Wonderful views from navy pier.

Loved this location right on Navy Pier. Our lake view room had an excellent view and we loved the activities on the pier.

I booked my stay through Expedia but This hotel is a ripoff place you shouldn’t be staying there at all. Because when you check in at the front desk they will charge you an extra $129.80 for a room as they say (security) and they will refund it back to you when check out. But when you leave the hotel they won’t refund it they’ll email you whit an invoice justify the charge as a destination charge. I called many times more then 3 days and left a voicemail to the manager in charge he won’t call back and they didn’t refund my money .

The availability to get water without being charge $4 or more was impossible. Water from the tap is essential but Chicago hard water does not make it drinkable water. The hotel charging for drinkable water in the heat of summer was a really bad image when everything else was certainly great.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary on a Wednesday night in which we attended the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in the park and watched the fireworks display on Navy Pier from our room. We had a great view of the lake and skyline of Chicago from our 6th floor room.

The location for this hotel is amazing. There are great views from the room and it’s close to lots of activities and restaurants. However, there were hidden fees that frustrated me. It also would have been nice to have a few more amenities in the room- such as bathrobes and bottled water that was included with the room.
