The property and staff met my needs. I just wish there were more eatery and activity options nearby. 9/10 recommend

This was the best hotel stay possible for 3.5 hour stay. We got in late for a layover. The night manager was amazing. She very clearly explained how to get the shuttle from the airport and then got us in a room quickly when we arrived. Getting that kind of service when you are too tired to function is priceless. Shuttles were on time, so no stress there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We actually got some sleep. Wish we could have enjoyed it longer!

The area was nice and safe. The hotel was ok as well. The staff was nice. The ac unit was loud and I didn’t like paying for parking. If you are a guest staying at the hotel, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking

Parking charge was not mentioned on the website. Room was not clean. Char has some dust of the food.

First, I’ve never stayed in a hotel that you had to pay for parking so that was a little disappointing. That should be something that I get when I stay with the hotel. I was also disappointed that there is no coffee maker in the room and that a mattress topper Was my blanket.

Here to visit family and to go to a concert with a friend.

During my visit, I encountered some challenges with my reservation that led to an interaction with the staff and particulary the hotel manager. There is an opportunity for further training in customer service for that team, particularly in handling reservation issues. Effective communication in these situations is crucial, and with additional training, the staff could better manage such scenarios, ensuring guests feel valued and understood.I felt like I and my daughter were repremanded by the hotel manager. He must have had a very bad day. We will not stay at this location in the future.

Would stay here again. 10/10 clean , quiet hotel . This property doesn’t accept chime keep that in mind when booking . Also you have to pay parking at this hotel .

Staff was amazing

Close to interstate and a wedding venue I attended. The room was clean and the hotel was not noisy.

My family stayed here for a long overnight connection. The facility itself was nice and the employees were pleasant. They advertise they have a bar, which is there but my family checked in at 8pm and they were closed. Also there are no restaurants near this place so if I am ever coming through charlotte again and need an overnight stay it wont be here.
