The hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were large. I'd definitely come back for another staycation there.

Delicious food, spacious restaurant, complete facilities. Personally, I'd prefer a more leisurely elevator ride, as the check-in lobby is on the top floor. For example, we had to go back and forth from the 6th floor to the 8th floor, then down to the basement parking lot. I found the elevator rides to be incredibly slow.

The room is very clean, the furniture is safe at the corners because it is not sharp. The bathroom is clean and luxurious, it's just a shame the sliding door doesn't have a lock. If you send food to the G floor, there is a friendly concierge who is ready to help. The lobby and restaurant are on the 8th floor. Rooms 5, 6, 7. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant staff are very friendly. For the gym, it is limited, only one person can use it per room because of a collaboration with another vendor.

The hotel is very good and seems to be new.

Okay, honest review. First time here, parked in the basement then went up to the 8th floor. In the same building as Shabu Hachi, good deals so you can go down to the 2nd floor to get there. So far the staff are friendly, and for those who bring a car, you can get in and out for free but confirm first with the receptionist. The room we took was a queen bed, I think, with a garden view. The room was spacious, fragrant, and clean. The toilet and bathroom were in one but there was a partition and it was also spacious (I was happy!) The only downside was there was no hairdryer. Oh yeah, there is also a coffee maker and a mini fridge. The breakfast was delicious, there were lots of choices too. But because one of us was not feeling well, we didn't go around too much to eat. On the top floor there is also a swimming pool, an outdoor smoking area, and a cafe which is good! At night, it was cool and cozy to sit there. Hopefully this review can help those of you who want to know a little about this hotel. So far, I will definitely come back here again☺️

The location is also convenient with easy access to nearby malls and restaurants. Great experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again!

The staff were courteous and professional. I contacted them at night due to my child being unwell, and they responded promptly with excellent service. The staff member who handled the cleaning maintained a positive and attentive demeanor, continuing to provide service with care and professionalism throughout.

The room was very spacious, and the bed and sofa were large, making it very comfortable. The environment was also quiet, despite being on the roadside. However, the hot water was unstable; it started hot, then cooled down. When you add more, it gets hot again, but then it gets too hot. You have to constantly adjust the water tap during your shower. The floor was nice, but because it wasn't carpeted, it was cold.

Always a nice experience. The only concern is the bathroom floor that is too slippery for the elderly.
