+: convenient location far from the highway, mountain view, food is quite cheap and delicious, water heater works well. -: When I first entered it felt stuffy and humid, there was no AC and it seemed like the windows were rarely opened either, the mattress sagged, there were lots of holes in the corners of the ceiling, the shower head was clogged, there was lots of moss so the shower head was not used 😁. Overall it was quite comfortable

disappointed in the description there is AC but it turns out all types do not have AC even though I ordered the deluxe one if it's hot during the day the distance is also very far. please fix it again.don't lie to the public.say there is AC but it turns out there is no AC

Although the location is a bit far from the highway but comfortable and quiet Location at the foot of Mount Pangrango, so the air is cool and cold. The view of Mount Pangrango is clearly visible

Cleanliness is not well taken care of. Already requested check in time, it turns out that upon arrival at the location you still have to pay again. The vibe is like a 'rental' or boarding house area rather than a hotel, drinking water and others must be requested by yourself, hard mattress, broken sink, lots of ants in the room, blankets and towels are very thin and the material does not absorb water well. 1 thing that is very disturbing: all rooms are not soundproof, there seems to be no partition between rooms.

The sheets are dirty.. the mattress is leaking, the towels don't absorb water, there is no AC, the food makes me want to laugh because I'm afraid it's a sin, it's like making a child's play, everything is not proper, especially when the food delivery person asks to add sauce, they can't do it, next stay here, bring a bedcover as a base and eat outside for a nice view, thank you...

Disappointed, the application description said there was AC, but it turned out there wasn't, even though the weather was hot during the day, and the hotel was quite far away.

The location is quite a bit inside from the main road. When we arrived, the front view was good. There is a mini playground suitable for children. Unfortunately, the facilities are a bit lacking. There are no sandals and the hot kettle has to be charged. The walls are one so the sound next to the room can be heard. The room is a bit less clean, there is still a lot of dust, not deep clean. The rest of the service from the staff is very good and friendly.

The room smells great!! Comfortable staying here. Plus the mattress is big so bring a mattress so it won't be cramped for sleeping. I don't have any expectations, but it's okay. Access is quite far from the main road and it is very cold. Must bring warm clothes or an extra blanket because it's cold in the evening. Nice view too. Very worth the price. Will definitely come back. the downside is that the water heater is only warm once. After that, I can't figure out why

The road to get there is small if you pass each other you have to take turns, in the standard room application there is a writing AC but it turns out there is none, the wifi is intermittent, in the middle of the night there are other visitors who are still chatting haha hihi in front of the room so it's a bit disturbing to sleep at night, the cleanliness is lacking like only being swept and mopped in the visible parts not deep cleaned because the area under the mattress is very dusty and dirty for an area that is rarely exposed to vehicle dust pollution and cold areas if the dust is thick and dirty it is a sign that it has never been deep cleaned 🙏 at that time I tried the bakwan, it was standard like fried food in general, 15 to get 6 small pieces. Hopefully there will be another improvement soon because the outside air is actually very fresh.
