Overall, it was quite comfortable, but some aspects could be improved, such as: 1. Customer service at the main account of Twospaces. In my experience, I had to wait quite a while. Hopefully, this can be improved, as the customer service at Arka is quite responsive; 2. The room design is nice, but the bed frame/base was uncomfortable as it felt like there was something protruding in the middle of the mattress. Aside from these two points, everything was very comfortable.
