The staff's attitude is so unpleasant that it's hard to see. When solving customer problems, the attitude is so unpleasant that it seems like they don't want to cooperate and develop together. In general, 1 STAR, can't stand it, will never come back to this hotel.

Khach san đe gio check in sai ma khong xin loi khach hang con thai đo va bat khach đung cho. Bo đi khong ho tro gi. Noi chuyen thi ko đau khong cuoi. Chan that su. Co điem am khong đe minh cho cai cho nao. Am 10 điem.
