I stayed here overnight, but I took the experience package: sound healing, jamu maker, eco pounding, and VW classic tour. Everything was fun, a truly amazing experience, and I'll be back soon to try other experiences. The food was delicious, the room was very clean, and there were no animals. The only downside was the bathtub, but there wasn't bubble bath soap provided; only bath salts. Other hotels do provide bubble bath soap.
Also, unfortunately, the customer service representative on my WhatsApp was uninformative, leaving me with many things I didn't know. For example, the eco pounding package included batik-making. This wasn't disclosed, even though it was really fun, and we had already paid for it, but it wasn't disclosed from the start.
Furthermore, it turns out the hotel's breakfast is not a buffet, but rather an a la carte option. If we had known it was an a la carte option, we could have ordered it earlier and had it delivered to our room. This wasn't disclosed to us either. Then, for all the experience packages, the customer service/receptionist always gave the wrong price information, as if there was no standard price. Initially, the yoga price was listed at 300,000 per person, but suddenly the price was incorrectly listed at 800,000 per person, for some reason.
Finally, when I wrote in the Traveloka note to make a decoration for my wife, I wrote "Happy Birthday to My Husband" instead. Either the customer service/receptionist misread/gave the wrong information or the room service staff made a mistake.
