Room with a beach view. Cleanliness was good, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was worth the price. I received a welcome drink voucher, but it had to be redeemed at the restaurant on the 7th floor. The lobby is on the 1st floor, and the rooms are on the 2nd. It would have been nice if welcome drinks were available in the lobby when I wanted to relax. I found it a bit awkward going up to the 7th floor just to ask for a welcome drink. The second-floor room was right in front of the pool, but when there were a lot of people swimming, the noise reached the room, and hanging out on the balcony was a bit uncomfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a room, looking for a view and quiet, the vibe was as expected, check in was fast, good wi-fi, all have smart TVs, a bit surprised, a hotel as good as this, if you look at it in general, there are a lot of ex-repairs/work/conditions that are not neat and disturbing, and I don't know where the dust came from, it was quite thick on the soles of the feet in the room and balcony, some rooms around the swimming pool also had a lot of dust/trash, hopefully the management can be improved again, keep up the good work

Overall, the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere are very pleasant. The facilities and food are also good. The food is varied, and the view is so beautiful that I'll be back with my family tomorrow. The only thing that needs to be fixed is that the water heater isn't hot. I've complained, but it still doesn't work.

One of the must-try resorts in the Parang Tritis area, the place is spacious, the view is beautiful, the rooms directly view the sea, the restaurant is also on the top floor with a sea view, there are 2 swimming pools, one is kids-friendly and the other is an infinity pool. It's not 100% finished yet, but it's already very good.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful, just like Obelix. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast has a wide selection, and it's delicious. I really enjoyed my stay here.

+ Best view + Varied and delicious breakfast menu and very friendly restaurant staff + Good facilities - Hotel admin is slow to respond via WhatsApp or phone, front desk staff is unfriendly - Dirty room corridors with food stains not cleaned up until the next morning - Elevator 2 from the lobby, the left door doesn't open properly, with visible scratches. - There are 2 pool areas, but no lifeguards at all. Is this efficiency possible? - The porch lights on one floor were all out, even though all the other floors were perfectly lit. I asked for the reason, as it was a timer issue. I just returned to the hotel around 9:00 PM, and all the porch lights were on. The children's pool was broken, and the beach club seemed neglected, even though the venue wasn't finished yet. I saw the operational staff drinking a lot for this size, which is a shame... Finally, when I checked out, I saw them sleeping outside the security gate, probably tired because they had minimal partners, and they were also efficient. The hotel is fairly new, although there are still a lot of expansions underway, but maintenance, cleanliness, and friendliness need to be addressed. Thank you... keep working.

Friendly staff, great location, cool facilities

Next time I'm in Gunung Kidul, I'll stay here again. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view. The only downside is that there's no direct access to the beach.
