Overall it was ok and I liked staying here, but I felt there was a difference from other hotels, in the room they only provided one coffee and one tea, while the rooms are generally provided for two people. In my opinion, this seems very calculating in providing facilities.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at Queen Boutique Hotel Simpang Lima. The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The service is friendly and hassle-free. For the price, it's well worth it.

The room was clean, the bathroom was quite clean, but on the first day the floor was a bit slippery because it probably hadn't been scrubbed... it needs to be scrubbed more often to prevent crusting because over time it will look dirty and be more difficult to maintain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water was flowing smoothly, the AC was cold. The atmosphere was minimalist and aesthetic... it's cool for a budget hotel. We were satisfied and God willing, we will come back again. Please maintain the cleanliness.

Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They were quite helpful with any questions. However, the food options around the hotel are limited. Although there is one fast food restaurant and another soon to be added, the food choices around the hotel are limited. Perhaps the hotel could add additional food options, even though there is already a ready-meal menu. Perhaps the security team could be a little friendlier and more responsive to help, especially if guests are carrying a lot of luggage.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Parking is limited. Strategic location on the roadside and close to the city center. Drinking water dispensers are available on each floor. Complete restroom amenities. The air conditioning was cold. The hot water worked well. The room and restroom were clean. The hotel grounds were clean. Cons: I stayed in family room 201, which was near the roadside and wasn't soundproof. Vehicle noise was very disturbing.

Overall the hotel is comfortable, the security and housekeeping are friendly, but the receptionist doesn't smile much.

The hotel's strategic location in the city center offers easy access, and there's a McDonald's restaurant right across the street. The rooms are clean and have amenities, but the only downside is the swimming pool and the hotel lobby is a bit small.
