The room is nice and clean. The bathroom is clean. There's a bathtub, which is nice for relaxing. But please pay attention. There are no towels. There's no soap. There's no trash can. There's no washcloth.

There is only one towel in the room. I asked for another one for each room because I rented 2 rooms. I asked for one 4 times and they didn't give me the AC remote. There wasn't one in 1 room.

The place is clean, newly renovated too, the facilities are more comfortable for resting, if you are on holiday in the North Jakarta area, Izzicozi is the most comfortable place close to Ancol, the station, the mall and Transjakarta.

Hmm, it's pretty okay, but the AC isn't cold, it's really hot in the room, and when I first entered the room, the floor was dirty, there were still shoe prints, there was only 1 towel, and there wasn't any drinking water in the room (I don't know if it wasn't provided or what).

The actual room is as pictured, with a smart TV, a balcony, and a great city view. The downside is that you have to ask the receptionist for card access to the elevator. There's only one elevator and it's hot. The hallway is small, like a boarding house, and there's no bathroom mat. But overall, it's worth it: the spacious, cool, and affordable room.

The location and room were great, and it was large for the price, and it had a balcony. However, there were 3 baby cockroaches in the room. The elevator was also uncomfortable, as there was only one elevator to the floor I had booked, and there was no air conditioning or ventilation in the elevator, making it very hot. Access to the elevator also required an access card, so when there was no attendant on standby at the door, it was a bit of a hassle to call.

The service was fast during check-in and check-out. There was a bottle of mineral water, soap, toothbrush, towel, and a doormat. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The only real shame was that there was only one elevator, so we had to wait for half an hour. Furthermore, the elevator was incredibly slow and hot inside.

Friendly, comfortable place, friendly staff, clean, and fast service if you need anything. Close to concert venues if there's an event at JXPO, and close to Mangga Dua Mall. Food is also close by, with lots of street food stalls in the area behind the hotel.

The place is clean, the interior design color is good, the bathroom facilities are good with hot water available too, there is a swimming pool, the staff are friendly, the security is tight so you don't have to worry about your vehicle, there is also a large parking lot, the view from above is really good, especially at night you can see the city lights, it is close to JXPO.

The view is beautiful, it's close to the Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ), there's a swimming pool, and the place is clean. If you need anything, you can contact the hotel's WhatsApp number and they'll provide you with whatever amenities you need. You'll also find towels, toiletries, a mat, and bottled water.
